4. Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting a contact form, sending a WhatsApp message, or emailing us does not constitute a contract for services. Any project quotation or proposal we provide is an offer that:
- Is valid for the period stated in the quotation document (typically 30 days unless otherwise specified).
- Is subject to availability of our teams at the time of confirmed instruction.
- Is based solely on the scope and information provided at the time of enquiry — any changes in scope may result in revised pricing.
- Does not bind PowerCraft MEP to proceed until a formal contract or purchase order has been signed and accepted by both parties.
5. Service Engagements
Contracting services provided by PowerCraft MEP are governed by the specific contract, subcontract agreement, or purchase order signed between PowerCraft MEP Contracting LLC and the client. In all cases:
- Works are executed in accordance with UAE building codes, authority requirements, and the agreed project specification.
- All authority approvals (DEWA, DCD, DM, Trakhees, etc.) are the responsibility of the party nominated in the project contract — unless explicitly included in our scope of work.
- Variation instructions must be issued in writing. Verbal instructions will not bind PowerCraft MEP to additional works without subsequent written confirmation.
- Payment terms are as stated in the signed contract. Late payment may result in suspension of works in accordance with the contract terms.
