System Design
We produce detailed ELV system drawings — camera schedules, cabling routes, rack layouts, and BMS point lists — coordinated with other MEP trades.
Material Submittal
Brand and model submittals prepared and submitted to the consultant for approval before any procurement is finalised.
Installation & Cabling
In-house ELV technicians run all cables, mount equipment, terminate connections, and dress all racks and panels to the highest standard.
Programming & Testing
Full system configuration, software programming, integration testing, and customer walkthrough — with test certificates and as-built drawings.

Can you integrate ELV systems with a central BMS platform?
Yes. We regularly integrate CCTV, access control, and HVAC controls into Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, and Trend BMS platforms — providing a unified building operations interface.
Do you provide structured cabling certification?
All Cat6/Cat6A installations are certified with a Fluke DSX-600 or equivalent cable tester. Full certification reports are included in the handover documentation.
